Hello, and thank you for your curiosity in working together!
I have over 20 years of experience in higher education leadership and clinical psychology, complemented by my recent study of improv theatre. This unique background allows me to design and facilitate professional development experiences that go beyond typical training. Whether in a workshop or a coaching session, my goal remains the same: to help individuals connect more authentically, communicate more effectively, and develop innovative solutions that they might not have imagined on their own.
My background: As a first-generation college student who discovered a passion for serving others early in my career, I have a strong commitment to fostering a sense of belonging. I am dedicated to helping individuals enhance self-awareness and cultivate personal growth, while also creating collaborative and inclusive environments.
The power of improv: In 2023, I enrolled in an introductory improv class, a lifelong aspiration of mine. This experience profoundly impacted my life, both personally and professionally. Since then, I have continued to learn improv and, more importantly, to embrace an improv mindset, which I define as “listening for what’s possible.”
